03
Integrations
Making WordPress talk to the systems that actually run the business.
WMS / 3PL · ERP · third-party APIs · data migrations · consent architecture

Production rescue & investigation
For when something is broken and nobody can say why.
root-cause findings in writing · then a fixed-price fix
Two paths, one process
From that first conversation to handover — what actually happens once we start working together.
Clear scope
Straight to a proposal
A free fit call, then a fixed-price proposal — implementation typically starts at €4,000.
Scope still open
Paid discovery first
A free fit call, then technical discovery from €450 — or with a clickable prototype from €850. Yours to keep, and it may be credited toward the build where agreed.
Step one
Conversation
One call. Enough for both of us to know whether the project fits. Bring the problem rather than a specification — you leave with a rough range and the assumptions behind it written down.
Step two
If the scope isn’t clear yet
Defining the scope is a small paid phase in itself — a written technical direction covering the decisions that matter, the assumptions, and what is realistic to build. Where seeing beats reading, a clickable prototype comes with it — real structure, not placeholder boxes.
Step three
Fixed scope, fixed price
Everything agreed becomes an itemised inventory, quoted as one price with milestone payments, and the assumptions and exclusions are written down beside it. Anything not on the list is not in the price — and nothing gets built until you have approved the list.
Step four
Build and handover
Delivered with written documentation and a 30-day defect warranty, in a codebase another developer could pick up without archaeology.
Engagement terms
Projects typically start at €4,000
- Fixed price, not hourly
- Defined work is quoted as one price against an itemised scope, paid across milestones. You are buying a delivered outcome, not a meter.
- Paid discovery
- Not every project needs it. Where the scope is already clear I quote directly. Where it is still being worked out, defining it is a small paid phase of its own — the written direction is yours whether or not you build with me, and it may be credited toward the build where agreed.
- After launch
- A 30-day warranty covers defects in the code I wrote. New work is quoted as change requests; ongoing support is a separate arrangement rather than an assumption.

You work with the engineer who does the work
You are dealing with one engineer, not an account manager relaying to a team. Briefings do not pass through anyone else, and the person answering your technical questions is the person writing the code — fewer people, shorter decisions, and no translation loss between what you need and what gets built.

Is this a fit?
I would rather say no early than take on a project that was wrong from the start.
Likely a fit
A website that is really a system — a catalogue, an archive, a programme, an open call, or a store that has to agree with the warehouse and the ERP. Or something already built that nobody can now explain. Projects typically start at €4,000. If the shape of the solution isn’t clear yet, that gets defined first, from €450.
Probably not me
Brochure sites and template installs, a redesign with no system behind it, or day-rate work inside someone else’s team. If that is what you need, I will say so, and point you somewhere better.
Start a conversation
Tell me what you are trying to build, or what is not working — a description of the problem is enough. The first call is free. If the scope is clear, you will get a quote. If it is not, we can define it together. If it is not a fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
